Working closely with the CEO, I helped establish structured product operations by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and introducing agile practices, ensuring our product team was aligned with business goals.
I managed the development of four core products: the Agent Portal, API, Developements.ca, and Admin Back Office.

The Agent portal is a platform for real estate agents to search new projects, access documents, and connect with builders in one place. streamlining the process of discovering new developments and managing project information, making it easier for agents to serve their clients and collaborate with builders.
The Buildify API provides developers and real estate businesses with direct, real-time access to Canada’s largest database of pre-construction home listings.
The original back office, built with Retool as a low code mvp but it became a bottleneck as we scaled causing performance issues and limiting functionality. I led the rebuild to deliver a scalable, custom back office for both internal teams and builders.
