Cathedis

As part of my MBA program, I undertook a capstone project with a last-mile delivery startup, Cathedis. The focus of my project was to identify and address the pain points experienced by Cathedis clients with both the platform and the service. By gathering and analyzing feedback from users and clients, I developed features solutions aimed at improving customer retention and efficiency within cathedis warehouse.

Couriers Review Feature

To address frequent client complaints about courier rudeness and unprofessional behavior, . This feature ensures couriers are held accountable, leading to enhanced client satisfaction and increased client retention. By implementing a review system, we provide clients with a platform to share their experiences, enabling us to monitor and improve courier conduct effectively.

Package Dispatching System

To boost dispatcher efficiency and reduce package miscategorization, I enhanced the user experience for sorters. We introduced a feature allowing sorters to extract a CSV file with all scanned packages without needing to re-scan them into Excel. Additionally, we redesigned the platform's UI/UX to minimize errors and miscategorization during the dispatch process.
