Pinch is a digital solution designed for restaurants, coffee shops, and food service establishments. It enhances the customer experience by providing seamless access to menus through QR code scanning, allowing clients to place orders directly from their mobile devices. For restaurant owners, Pinch offers a comprehensive platform to receive and manage orders efficiently, streamlining operations and improving service delivery.

As the product manager leading the development of Pinch, I managed the project from start to finish. This included defining the requirements, conducting UX research, prioritizing features, and collaborating with designers to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, I worked closely with developers by managing the backlog and the QA process to ensure the final product met all requirements and functioned flawlessly.
