Buildify: pre-construction real estate.
At Buildify, I was the Lead Product Manager, launching two new products and improving two existing ones that helped real estate agents and homebuyers access pre-construction inventory and gave MLS platforms real-time data.
Buildify is a Canadian proptech startup. Builders list their pre-construction projects on the platform, and that inventory flows out to homebuyers through a marketplace, to agents through a portal, and to MLS platforms through an API. I ran product operations and strategy across the company, implementing EOS and agile practices, and owned the roadmap for all four products.
Developments.ca
I launched Developments.ca, a marketplace where homebuyers can search, compare and explore new development homes in one place, instead of piecing together listings from individual builder websites.
Admin Back Office
I launched the Admin Back Office, where the internal team manages listings, builders and workflows from a single place. It shipped first as a Retool MVP, and once the workflows stabilized, we rebuilt it as a custom, scalable solution.
Agent Portal
Agents can search projects, access builder documents, and connect directly with builders behind one login. I took over the existing portal MVP and improved it based on agent feedback.
API
MLS platforms and partners pull real-time listings from Canada's largest database of pre-construction homes. I took over the existing API and improved it for partners integrating it into their own products.
